Mass flow meter for air and gases
Compressed air is the most expensive form of energy in production plants! Many companies are not aware of the fact that the generation of compressed air accounts for up to 20% of their overall energy costs. Measurement of compressed air consumption is the first important step towards a cost-conscious handling of expensive compressed air. Detailed knowledge of the actual compressed air consumption can make a significant contribution to reducing energy costs.
Thermal mass flow meters provide the best means of measuring the consumption in compressed air networks. They operate according to the principle of the hot-film anemometer and measure the mass flow or standard volumetric flow irrespective of pressure and temperature.
The mass flow meter can also be used to measure gases like oxygen, nitrogen, CO2, or helium.
Inline mass flow meter DN15 - DN50
The inline mass flow meter for small pipelines up to 16 bar. The assembly concept with the ball valve permits rapid installation and removal with only a short interruption of the flow.
Inline Mass flow meter DN40 – DN80
The multifunctional inline mass flow meter for medium pipelines up to 40 bar. Hot tap valve for installation and removal without interruption of the flow. Additional assembly of pressure and dew point sensors.
Insertion Mass flow meter DN50 - DN700
The insertion mass flow meter with patented non-return protection for secure mounting in pipelines up to 16 bar. Installation and removal without interruption of the flow.
