单向安装保护技术

EE776流量计建立了安全简单安装的新标准。单向安装保护技术特点集三大功能为一体:

  • 不退回保护
    安装时传感器只可以沿同一方向推入,一点都不能退回。
  • 密封
    加入O型圈,安装加压时压缩空气也不会跑出来。
  • 准确配置
    浸入深度和方向的准确配置可简单实现,保证测量结果的准确性。

 ½“ 球阀选项可以在不中断压缩空气的情况下实现安装和拆除传感器。
9bar压力下,2.5%的高测量精度可溯源至工厂校准。
双通道数字信号输出可输出测量值。根据应用需要,也可配置为模拟输出(电流或电压),开关量输出或脉冲输出。

  • What is the difference between Modbus RTU and Modbus TCP/IP?

    The main difference is the hardware interface. The Modbus RTU protocol runs on RS485 Hardware while Modbus TCP/IP protocol on Ethernet hardware.

     

  • What calibration certificate is included in the standard scope of supply of the E+E mass flow sensors?

    The standard scope of supply of E+E mass flow measurement devices includes an inspection certificate according DIN EN 10204 - 3.1. For details on calibration certificates please see our white paper "Calibration and Traceability in Measuring Technology".

     

  • Can E+E supply an accredited calibration certificate with the mass flow transmitter?

    Accredited calibration certificate formass flow is available upon request, please see our calibration website.

     

  • How can I adjust the mass flow transmitter?

    For readjusting the mass flow sensor you need first of all a reliable reference. In case this is not available, please return the device to E+E for service. Otherwise see the readjustment procedure in the operation manual of the specific E+E mass flow sensor available at www.epluse.com

     

  • E+E mass flow measure the Normal Volume referring normal conditions 0 °C and 1.013 mbar (14,7 psi, 32 °F), according standard DIN 1343. Can I change the normalization parameters according my standard definitions?

    Yes. Use the E+E Product Configuration Software, section "Process Parameters". See operation manual of the specific E+E device.

     

  • What is the difference between a 2 wire and a 3 wire current output?

    Transmitter with "two-wires" technology receive the power from the process, and the signal is carry on return wire (closed current loop). With technology "three-wires" the power supply is separate from current output: 2 wires are the power supply and third carry the signal.
