Andreas has been working at E+E Elektronik since 1998 and describes himself as the link between order processing, purchasing and manufacturing/production.
My tasks in the company are scheduling and processing orders so that the quantity requested by the customer can be delivered at the required time. It is important to keep track of everything, to always have an eye on minimum stock levels or to run planning batches. In case of scheduling or capacity problems, I collaborate with the production managers to find the ideal solution. I particularly enjoy agreeing things with the various departments – from Sales to Production and vice versa.
What is unique at E+E Elektronik is the friendly atmosphere and the flexible working hours. A sense of togetherness pervades: there are many opportunities for employees. For example, I was allowed to complete Qualitech training. But there are also great activities outside working hours, such as joint celebrations, sporting events, etc.
My work is always varied and we work together as an E+E team. I travel outside of peak traffic hours and have a parking space at the company building, which is also not a matter of course. I simply enjoy going to work!
