High-Precision Digital Temperature Sensing Element
TEE501
The digital temperature sensing element TEE501 impresses with an exceptional accuracy ± 0.2 °C and a wide temperature application range. The small DFN housing with integrated pull-up resistors enables simple design-in of the sensing element.
Highly accurate and versatile
The sensing element is suitable for temperature measurement in a working range from -40 °C to 135 °C. The factory multi-point temperature adjustment ensures excellent measurement accuracy of up to ±0.2 °C. The outstanding measuring performance and reproducibility makes the sensing element the perfect solution for demanding measuring tasks.
Easy-to-integrate DFN housing
The small dual flat no-leads (DFN) housing has a footprint of only 2.5 x 2.5 mm2 and can therefore be integrated into almost any application. The integrated pull-up resistors additionally facilitate the design-in. The sensing element requires a supply voltage of 2.35 - 3.60 V for operation.
Data communication via I²C interface interface
The I²C interface ensures interference-free data communication with the TEE501 and supports communication speeds of 100 / 400 / 1000 kHz. The measured values are available in 16-bit integer format and can be processed directly. Robust I²C interface communication is ensured by a checksum and glitch suppression.
8 individually adjustable I²C addresses make it possible to operate up to 8 sensing elements on one I²C bus.
